Professional staffing expert needed to direct and guide strategic staffing for Dallas-based Americas Operations of a $30B telecommunications firm with 74,000 worldwide employees. The Director will develop recruiting strategy and processes to build a talent powerhouse. Requires at least 7 years of experience and exceptional staffing skills. Reporting to the head of HR Americas and with a team of 18 reports, this role sets direction and aligns the staffing function with key business initiatives. Telecommunications background a must.
